- With or without work experience
- Knowledgeable to use Measuring Tools, Microsoft Proficient, Knowledgeable on problem analysis and corrective action implementations.
- Have experience on handling manpower and monitoring process

**Conduct investigation on PD and MM to verify the root cause and leak cause of any abnormality encountered.

**Coordinate with other departments concerning to the countermeasures and improvement plans.

**Check the effectiveness of implemented countermeasures.

**Communicate regularly with Supervisor.

**Check daily usage of parts based on FSIB and set daily target output

**Communicate to supplier and other concern group regarding parts issues/problem encountered thru issuance of claim and checking of effectiveness/validation of corrective actions

**Conduct skill assessment/improvement of associates

**Impart knowledgeable on QC tools, problem solving methodology, automotive core tools and standards

**Set team motivations/improvement suggestions in order to have good output
