BS Food Tech. or any related course / program or vocational course.

General Responsibilities as QA: Responsible for testing and inspecting of raw materials in process and finished products.Ensures that all materials needed in the production are availableReceives all raw materials and ensures that all certificate of analysis are submitted by the suppliersPrepares expiration monitoring sheets for all raw materialsConducts analysis on in-process and finished products to ensure that all specifications are metPrepare sample retention for all batches of productsControl the process and quality of goods during production; andPerform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
