Quality Head

A Quality Head is in charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.
The duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports and documenting production issues.
The person is also expected to do the following jobs.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
- Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
- Working according to deadlines for the delivery of products
- Training and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goods
- Tracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correct
- Performing detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standards
- Eliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problems
- Perform other tasks as maybe required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Graduate of BS Chemistry of BS Chemical Egineering

More than Five (5) years experience as Quality Assurance Head in a Food Safety / ISO certified manufacturing company.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
With planning and project management skills.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Rosa City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QC Head/Supervisor: 5 years (preferred)
