**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sailor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating and operating the vessel, ensuring safety on board, and performing routine maintenance.
As a key member of the crew, you will work closely with the captain and other sailors to maintain smooth operations while at sea.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Navigate the vessel safely and efficiently, following routes and schedules.
- Operate and maintain ship equipment and machinery, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust course as needed to ensure safety.
- Perform deck duties, including handling ropes, sails, and mooring the vessel.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo and passengers.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including performing drills and emergency procedures.
- Keep accurate records of navigation, maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Support the captain and other crew members in daily operations and tasks.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a sailor or in a similar maritime role preferred.
- Knowledge of navigational tools and maritime safety procedures.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and at sea for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
- Valid maritime certification and licenses (if applicable).
