QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of any related Engineering Degree ? such as BS Industrial Engineering (IE), BS Engineering and Communication (ECE)
Two (2) years related experience of handling in-process quality and out-going quality processes and handling of product or process abnormality or non-conformance
Strong communication skills both in verbal and written
Have basic knowledge of auditing, procedure checking quality systems for deficiency identification and correction
Possesses basic supervisory and management skills including pro-active, assertive and goal-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication, decision making, reasoning, problem solving, planning and analytical skills
Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks, enforce deadlines
Able to work independently with less supervision
Can maintain accurate and details records
Good team player
Job Responsibility:
Leads the in-process inspection, measurement, and verification concerning quality and reliability of materials, product and production
processes.Performs final judgment of all inspection process through provision of inspection standards for inspection judgment, setting and analysis of target yields for all applicable process.
Formulates and implements methods and procedures for disposition of physically discrepant material or product and help analyze and devise methods to assess cause and accountability.
Verifies the processes if these are according to established standards and procedures.
Prepares and submits necessary monthly and other quality-related reports.
Carries out quality improvement proposal including identification of quality issues to be resolved or improved, implementation of the approved proposal activities, monitoring of action items from investigations, improvement or claims.
Handles product or process abnormality through confirmation of deterred product or process abnormality, conduction of initial investigation and discussion with relevant personnel, team or customer to generate a disposition.
Ensures and monitors the in-process quality inspection and outgoing quality inspection processes.
Participates in process audits and review conduction.
Assists in other projects or tasks assigned or delegated by the QMS Senior Manager.
