The Quality Control Analyst tests samples from all phases of the manufacturing process with the goal of ensuring quality by determining if the product or material meets the standards or specifications.
The development and effective implementation of programs and related activities are specific to the following critical performance areas of the function.
1.
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Complies to the established Quality Management System (QMS) pursuant to ISO 9001, its procedures, work instructions and guidelines, and performs corrective actions to ensure effective elimination of nonconformities
- Maintains documented information as evidence of compliance to ISO 9001:2015
- Participates in internal quality audit periodically as auditee

Quality control and assurance
- Inspects production water, incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished goods following applicable testing protocols
- Monitors and checks raw material dispensing and line clearance for compounding, filling and packaging
- Prepares quality reports, including analytical reports (for raw materials and finished products) and Certificates of Analysis (COA)
3.
Laboratory operation and maintenance
- Calibrates and maintains analytical equipment, as when required, including inspection, cleaning, calibration, testing and repair
- Prepares and standardizes volumetric and test solutions
- Prepares and monitors retention of samples, including disposal
- Organizes and cleans the laboratory, office area and the sample retention area
4.
Support programs compliance
- Observes and complies to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), 5S, pollution control, health and safety practices
- Handles any assigned administrative task effectively and assists in the resolution of quality concerns
**Salary**: Php17,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
