QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

 

Job Description:
 

 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for all software and technology solutions developed by the organization.

Execute test plans and document results to ensure that software and technology solutions meet or exceed user requirements.

Work with development teams to identify and resolve defects, bugs, and other quality issues.

Participate in the design and development of software and technology solutions, providing input on quality and reliability requirements.

Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing

processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of software and technology solutions are thoroughly tested, including functionality, usability, security, and performance.

Provide guidance and training to junior members of the QA team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, including manual and automated testing.

Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
