QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

 

Core Responsibilities

Ensure that existing quality systems, standards and rules are implemented in all production lines, periodically reviewed and evaluated to check effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Drive problem solving and root cause analysis activities to eliminate recurrence of non-conformances

Review changes to specifications, processes and systems to ensure appropriate change control and evaluation

Ensure that Incoming Quality Control and Outgoing Inspection procedures are meticulously performed in adherence to product quality inspection standards

Ensure that an effective document management system is in place to guarantee traceability and easy retrieval of quality records

Job Qualifications

A graduate of any engineering course, preferable, with relevant experience on Quality

Assurance and ControlKnowledge on various quality system methodologies such as 8D, Lean, 5 Why's, Pareto Analysis, etc.

Knowledgeable with the requirements of ISO 9001 and other Quality Management Systems

Proficiency in a computerized database or document system as well as MS Applications such as Excel
