Hr Officer

Key Responsibilities:-Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.-Manage employee records and ensure proper documentation of contracts, benefits, and other employment-related paperwork.-Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.-Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.-Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and appraisals.-Assist in employee training and development programs.-Address employee queries regarding benefits, compensation, and company policies.-Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.-Assist in conflict resolution and maintain records of employee relations issues.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-at least 6 months of experience in an HR or administrative role.-Excellent organizational and communication skills.-Knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.-Proficient in HR software and MS Office.-Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
