Job Purpose: To provide administrative assistance and comprehensive support to the Quality Assurance & Control team, ensuring all goods are compliant to the clients needs.
Key Tasks: Coordination, Review and Documentation:?
Review different brands' Vendor Manuals/Guides to understand customers' product testing, inspection criteria & requirements and appointed 3rd Party labs to be used. ?
Generate specification documentation, to include concluded Test Plans, Product Inspection Checklists/Protocols, Technical Specifications, Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as necessary. ?
Support the review of accuracy in basic (and necessary) fields within Manufacturers' Bill of Materials (BOM) ?
Conduct preliminary Failure Analysis on reported situations in coordination with internal teams making sure accurate documentation is managed centrally for necessary follow-up actions. ?
Keep track of all field reported situations in relevant internal logs. ?
Participate in Pre-Production Meetings with internal teams on major projects to assist in better understanding of Test Plans (for example: Testing Requirements & Testing Protocols) and Product Inspection Checklists/Protocols. ?
Ensure Quality Standards, documentations and engineering reports are managed appropriately within company systems. ?
Proactively compile QC Files to meet scheduled inspection dates in support of the Link?
 QC and/or 3rd Party QC operations through the most effective means available. ?
Support clients' visits and audits as and when necessary. ?
Support clients' questionnaires and documentation requests in a timely and appropriate manner. 
Product Compliance ?
Research and coordinate with external product testing partners ?
product safety, regulatory, performance and destination country requirements. ?
Analyze and report on required Test Plan to the Link internal teams and Client's for suitable approvals. ?
Review 3rd Party or manufacturers' test reports are matched to agreed Test Plans and materials. ?
Review any product labeling, providing technical comments on the correctness as required. ?
Coordinate and manage Pre-Purchase/Production and Production/Intervention testing activities in accordance with agreed Test Plan. ?
Ensure testing results are delivered per project timelines and clearly communicated to Link project teams. ?
Be confident to provide guidance/direction on areas for improvement or correction to mitigate test failures. ?
Develop Inspection Checklists/Protocols to ensure production conformity to Link QC and/or Link-appointed external inspection service providers. ?
Regularly coordinate with internal teams to analyze and review inspection/testing reports as provided. ?
Support the development of product manufacturing quality control testing through scheduled factory visits and industry research. ?
Keep updated with Global Product Recall incidents (from market-available databases) to proactively update Link's testing and inspection guides to avoid potential issues. 
Experience and Skills Required: At least 2 years of experience of QA/QC/Auditing in the Promotional Merchandise category in a Customer Support/Service capacity, either directly for a consumer brand or a 3rd party auditor/supplier. Should have practical experience in managing projects into countries where local importation/certification is needed per product categories. Knowledgeable in areas of product safety, regulatory and performance requirements as per international and market-specific standards. Work must be performed in accordance with defined guidelines & operating systems and supported by appropriate formal documentations. Strict adherence to Company & Departmental operational and administrative guidelines. Maintain effective and efficient communication with all parties. Well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks at the same time.
