Quality Analyst

The QA is responsible for assessing software quality through manual and automated testing of the products being developed and released. To validate that specifications and functionality are adequately documented.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a good understanding of the Business and System(s)
2. Review and analyze system requirements/specifications document
3. Design and document test cases/ script based on the specifications
4. Adhere to the project testing schedules, and escalate risks, if any
5. Setup and execute tests independently via designated test management tool
6. Record test results and prepare test summary reports
7. Report and track defects
8. Prepare daily/ weekly status
9. Available to help-out to other tester in their test execution
10. Automate regression test cases and perform demo to the team
11. Assist Product Specialist or Operations team on their inquiries and concerns on the ATI team initiative
12. Demo the new function to Product Specialist or Operations team
13. Replicate reported issues that could help the Developers team in investigation
14. Prepare working deployment package (WAR) in both test and production environment
15. Prepare working installers as needed by the Operation Team


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mathematics, or Any related course
2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in QA or software development.
3. Manual tester with strong testing skills
4. Knowledgeable of STLC
5. Working experience in Agile Methodology
6. Basic SQL Skills
7. VBA/JAVA Skills an added advantage
8. Automation Skills and added advantage
9. Mobile Applications/Logistics/Messaging domain experience is an added advantage
