It Business Analyst - Laguna

Location: San Pedro, Laguna
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8am to 5pm)
Work Setup: Hybrid - Onsite whenever needed but usually work from home

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product development or technical environment.Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product management.Proficiency in creating technical documents, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.Familiarity with database systems, APIs, and technical integration processes.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
