Qa/Qc Engineer

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team specializing in wastewater construction projects. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will contribute significantly to the successful completion of our wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures specific to wastewater construction projects.
Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Review and approve quality documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality control reports.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
Perform material inspections and ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site.
Monitor construction activities to identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests conducted.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and facilitate the implementation of audit recommendations.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in wastewater construction or similar infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with quality management software and tools is a plus.
