About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional QA/QC Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects meet quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations. What you'll be doing

Perform quality control inspections at various stages of construction projectsIdentify and document deviations from quality standards and provide recommendations for corrective actionsCollaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issuesDevelop and implement quality assurance procedures and processesConduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and specificationsReview construction drawings and specifications to ensure quality requirements are metMonitor the effectiveness of quality control measures and make recommendations for improvementsConduct training sessions to educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer in the construction industryIn-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and construction codes and regulationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsProficient in using software applications related to quality control and documentation managementCertification in quality control or quality management is preferred
