Purchasing Staff (Urgent Hiring)

_**Job Requirement**_
- Required Language(s): English, Filipino
- Required Skill(s): Purchasing, Microsoft Office, Computer related skills, good written and oral communication.
- Preferably with 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required: With Basic Electrical Knowledge
- Willing to start ASAP

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Negotiates to suppliers regarding items needed, lead times, deliveries and prices
- Takes purchase request from Sales Department and get price quotes from suppliers
- Creates a quotation for the sales team
- Scout/looks for new prospect supplies
- Creates and maintains purchasing files and price lists
- Prepare report regarding all purchase requests given by Sales
- Ensures that purchasing process and procedures are complying with all company policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
