PURCHASING OFFICER

Job Qualifications:
At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
- Graduate of any 4 years course preferably Civil Engineering course.

Computer literate, Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS office

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Knows how to negotiate
