PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICER

 

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of engineering or business management course

With at least 2 years property management experience

Good command of written and oral English

Excellent

in handling people with high level of customer service orientationGood management skills in dealing with staff and service providers

Knowledgeable in standard safety practices and procedures

Highly analytical, systematic, technically competent, and keen on details

Can work with minimum supervision, self-driven & and can work under pressure

Can work immediately

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
