Property Management Admin Office Based Kawit Cavite

We are an Australian BPO in Kawit, Cavite. We are looking for a Property Management Admin who will be responsible for all administrative support requirements for a Real Estate company based in Australia and New Zealand.

This position requires onsite work location (Kawit Cavite office). Day shift schedule (6:30 am to 3:30 pm). No work from home set up.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field
Computer and administration skills are essential
Adept with Google suite
Preferably with Property Management Software background such as PropertyMe
Experience in using Agentbox or Salesforce (ideal but not essential)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent client service skills
Experience working for an Aussie/NZ company is a plus


Responsibilities:

Preparing forms, contracts and entry notices
Adding properties & vendors to the company database (Agentbox)
Preparation of vendor reports
Creating a list of current listings from other agents
Database clean up and maintenance
Contacting/liaising with customers and vendors and providing over the phone assistance or answering queries via email
Provide administrative adhoc assistance when required
