Details of the offer

- Managing the full hiring process (including job postings, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new employees)- Maintaining accurate employee records (ex. notice of end of contract, transfer of assignment, notice of termination)- Supervising administrative staff and ensuring efficient office operations.- Overseeing payroll processing and managing employee benefits program (ex. SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH, etc.)- Assisting the Director in managing administrative operations, including daily activities.- Reporting to the HR and Admin. DirectorQualifications:- Graduate of BS HRMD, or other business related course;- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisor role;- Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Background in labor law is an advantage- Able to handle and manage multi-companies


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
