MAINTENANCE STAFF

 

Job Description

To operate, install and maintain generator, water system, cleaning air-condition, other maintenance work necessary to maintain the property in an optimum and efficient condition.

Installing, repair or fix problems of all engineering equipment.

ensure the safety and comfort of the guests and employees.

Checks if there are problems with the equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:
A minimum of one year related experience

Proficiency in preventive maintenance practices and procedures.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to manage time

and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to detail.Ability to work a fixed scheduled

Can do all kinds of repairs and installing (plumbing, electricity, air-con, etc.).

Skilled in handling, managing the company's tools and equipment.

No holidays, 1 day off once a week.

Experience with precision measurement tools or electronic test equipment.

Duties:
Providing maintenance and installing company properties include electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling(cleaning air conditionals), ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, light carpentry, door and window repairs.

Minimum salary + incentives = 15,000 pesos (depends on experience and skills)
