Utility Staff

1. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining company premises and equipments.

A. Cleanliness of entire office, Motorcycles stocks and display, parts and stocks comforts rooms and.

2. To maintain upkeep of company facilities, cleaning equipments and comply with health and safety regulations.
A. Seeing to it that everything is in place and in order as far as equipments and cleaning paraphernalias are concerned.
3. Taking verbal and written instruction from company managers and officers.
A. Seeing to it that verbal and written instructions are followed and uphold at all times while on duty.
4. Cleaning assigned work areas inside and outside of the premises, ordering and maintaining cleaning supplies and maintenance equipments.

5. And to do other matters that maybe assigned from time to time.
