DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS Implement the Project based on approved Project Implementation Plan;Create Construction Schedule and Resource Loading in coordination with the project team;Interprets plans and specifications prior to construction;Lead and conduct daily walk thru at site to ensure all works Civil, MEPFS, and Architectural Works are in sequence and in sync;Ensure the project is within the Company's QA target;Ensure the project is within the Company's EHS target;Ensure the requisition, issuances, and the timely delivery of required resources on site;In charge of ensuring proper monitoring, evaluation & reporting of Productivity Matrix;Prepare Daily and Weekly Project Report to be submitted to the Construction Manager.COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED Computer LiterateHigh sense of integrityStrong personality to manage in constructionAbility to transmit instructions to othersAbility to read and interpret plans and written informationAbility to review and verify data in hardcopy or electronic formatDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessCollect and research dataFollow instructions and respond to management directionQUALIFICATIONS Civil Engineering Graduate or equivalent (preferably Licensed)5-8 years related work experienceKnowledgeable in Microsoft Office applicationsWilling to work in Maldives Oasis, Davao City, Davao Del Sur
