Key Responsibilities: Establish and oversee the PMO framework, processes, and methodologies to support project execution and alignment with client goals. Lead, mentor, and support a team of project coordinators and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management practices. Prepare and present project reports, metrics, and updates to client and internal leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to optimize project delivery and enhance client satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). 5+ years of experience in project management, with 2+ years in a PMO lead or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for team and client collaboration. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
