Job Description - Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including cost reports, forecasts, and budgets
- Process invoices and ensure payment to vendors and subcontractors
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets
- Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, ang legal requirements
Qualifications Requirement - Graduate of BS in Accountancy
- CPA license holder is advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of full accounting cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience in general accounting, cost estimating and financial planning for construction projects preferably
- Proficiency in MSO and accounting software
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player
- Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill
- Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven and diverse environment
