Senior Accountant

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily checking and approval of outgoing payments (disbursements) posted in SAP. These include fees to foreign and local suppliers, cost of government remittances (SSS, HDMF and PHILHEALTH), and purchase of foreign currencies
Prepares monthly bank reconciliations for the company with different banks. Semi-monthly and final pay computations of employees'
Posts or creates journal entries on payroll, per diem, sales commission, loan amortizations, etc.
Uploading of payments of payroll, incentives, and commissions through online banking
Filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns through EFPS
Monitors the payments and prepares documentary requirements for the renewal of Business Permits and real property taxes
Review the petty cash fund replenishment, reimbursement, and liquidation reports
Summarized alpha list of withholding tax at creditable source tax withheld of BIR form 2307 for attachment to quarterly and annual Income tax returns
