Job Description: • Develop project plans, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation. • Keep all stakeholders up to date on progress and aware of the plans. • Coordinate and communicate with various teams involved in the construction project to ensure that everyone can achieve the project goal. • Manage the project budget and monitor expenses to ensure that they align with the project plan and to be able to track any changes to the budget and update stakeholders as needed. • Identify potential risks to the project and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation. • Ensures that the standards and specifications are met by monitoring the quality of work on the construction project. • Provide regular updates including progress reports, risk assessments and budget updates. • Conduct site roving daily and address minor issues immediately. • Performs any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time. Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer. • With at least 7 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or equivalent. • Good analytical, organizational critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Able to control the situation whether internal or external problems. • Must work well under pressure.
