Is currently looking for: PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities: Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivationLead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigationAnalyze project progress and adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirementsEstablish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesEstablish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projectsDevelop and maintain partnerships with outside resources?including third-party vendors and researchersMonitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputsReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed?escalating issues as necessary based on project work plansDirect and manage project development from beginning to endDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsTrack project milestones and deliverablesDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if neededProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plansQualifications: At least 3+ years project management experienceHands-on experience with developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usabilityExperience in collab tools like JIRA, Asana, ClickUp or similarStrong foundations in risk assessment, mitigation, and contingency planningCertified Scrum MasterProfessional certification?including PMP/PRINCE IIHas a background in Change ManagementExperience in managing multiple web projects simultaneouslyExperience using agile methodologiesExperience in Client-facingProven success working with all levels of managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation skillsPrevious success in producing deliverable software platformsStrong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelinesExperience developing in-house platforms for internal processesExperience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members? capabilities and skill setsAmenable to working onsiteAmenable to Working Schedule (8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri)
