Project Management Officer - Mandaluyong - Architect / Civil Engr

The Project Management Officer shall be responsible for planning and leading all range of construction projects from pre-design to turnover.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Graduate of BS Architecture and/or BS Civil Engineering
- Must be a LICENSE HOLDER
- With at least 2 years of intensive work experience, related to construction and project management
- Knowledgeable in project delivery, technically equipped to create on-site decisions, and be able to communicate properly with contractors and suppliers
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM / 7:00AM-4:00PM | Weekends Off | Must be willing to work long hours and be on-call duty
- Salary Range: ?25,000 - ?30,000
