Job Description TAC calls - call Aruba Support to report an issue Reaching out to vendors for X information and maybe even moving vendor over to new network Gather vendor network requirements, move over to new network and test/troubleshoot as needed PDCs - building out Meraki Dashboard Config to be compatible for Hilton Standards Wireless/Wired CRs - Setup Wireless or Wired Connected Room for Hilton's TV solutions IPWs - documentation Conference tool screenshots - documentation Snap imports or port forwards - device information and management RF review - heatmaps review and relay any information to engineer RMAs - reach out to support for the vendor to replace a defective device Moderate Technical- RF Viewings- Being able to navigate tools/equipment to take Screenshots or Snips Organized Multi-Tasking Attention to Detail
