Engineering Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing the effective implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance for all production machines and utilities per ISO requirements.
• Oversee the Maintenance Section to ensure optimal performance and safety of equipment, infrastructure, and the workplace ensuring adherence to quality standards;
• Maintain a high level of technical proficiency in engineering practices, providing technical guidance and expertise as needed.


Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• With 4 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Power Plant Industry
• With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
• With strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
