Job Specifications: Responsible for the implementation of the Project in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.Responsible for the timely completion of the project within budget and implementing cost-efficient measures in the supervision and management of the project.Responsible for the preparation of As Stake Plans and As Built Drawings and subsequent approval of the same.Responsible for the preparation of Field Budget.Responsible for effective utilization of Company resources e.g. equipment, materials, and labor.Responsible for the implementation of safety procedures and pollution prevention in the workplace in accordance with ISO standards.Ensures that sleeping quarters, water, electricity, and sanitary facilities are properly provided to project employees.Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of monthly accomplishment reports to higher management.Ensures that the project is on schedule and avoids negative slippages.Responsible for requisition and follow-ups of sub-con payments, materials, spare parts, and other suppliers.Ensures that the project PCF is properly handled and utilized.Recommends hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions for erring personnel.Qualifications: Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.Computer savvy.Must have strong leadership skills.Must have worked in a similar capacity for at least 5 years.Must have a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.Must be detail-oriented, patient, and optimistic.Must have good moral character.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
