Project Development Assistant

Manage daily schedules including setting up meetings, booking restaurants, and arranging other professional personal engagements.Book domestic and international hotel rooms and other accommodations.Responsible for handling personal and work-related bill payments, ensuring timely acquisition of receipts and invoices.Manage, book, and coordinate corporate and personal dining services.Process personal and work-related reimbursement requests, ensuring all expenses are reimbursed in accordance with company policies.Maintain personal and office filing systems, ensuring all documents are categorized and archived as needed, including electronic and paper records.Act as the primary communication link between senior management and internal/external contacts.Manage correspondence, including filtering, sorting, and prioritizing important emails.Follow up on key tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time and to expected standards.Assist in planning and executing special projects and provide onsite support.
