Project Architect

Responsible for preparing schematic design drawings to construction drawings and specifications of the project
- Supervises, reviews, and monitors drawings and documents from consultants for the project
- Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be willing to be assigned to different site locations
- Applicants must be willing to go to site visits
- Well-versed in high-end residential and commercial developments
- Has knowledge and experience in project management
- Requires coordination and scheduling
- Must have experience in residential construction
- Full-time position(s) available
- Must be a licensed Architect

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cavite, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential construction projects: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

- Architectural License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
