Autocad Operator (Ojt)

Authorities & Responsibilities:

- Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Reads technical diagrams and blueprints
- Assuring that engineering related issues are promptly relayed to the Project Engineer for action
- Daily management and accuracy of database of records
- Understands equations, calculations and written instructions from Project Engineer to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications
- Visiting construction sites to check for any design limitations and to gather additional information
- Ensures all project designs and plans adhere to the company standards and safety regulations
- Coordinates with the Project-in-charge relative to the required information needed to provide accurate CAD drawings
- Ensures directory of drawings are up to date and documented
- Making changes or adjustments to drafts upon receiving feedback
