Project Architect

Job Responsibilities:Knowledgeable in processing building/construction permits.Monitor the progress of a project in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety.Prepare schedule of activities, list of equipment for each activity, daily activity report, weekly work projection, and check all materials, manpower, and equipment available/needed on site.Ensure the availability of all required resources for project completion.Resolve design and construction issues on site and initiate value engineering initiatives.Overall supervision of field activities and conducting toolbox meetings to address problems among team members.Knowledgeable in AUTOCAD, SKETCH UP - 3D, and MS Office software.Exhibit strong leadership skills.Qualifications:BS in Architecture.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Willing to be assigned/relocate to Silang, Cavite, Sta. Rosa, Calamba, Laguna, and Batangas.Can start ASAP.Job Types:Full-time, Permanent
Pay:Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
