Programmatic Advertising Senior Specialist (Trainer)

Your Role:
As a Trainer for Programmatic Ads, you'll be instrumental in equipping our participants with the technical expertise in programmatic advertising. You'll create and deliver high-quality training materials, assess potential applicants, and mentor trainees.


What you will do:
Conducting training sessions for Ad Operations focusing on programmatic advertising
Developing and delivering training materials, presentations, and demonstrations.
Providing mentorship and guidance to trainees.
Collaborating with the training team to continuously improve and update the training curriculum.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
Minimum of 2 years of technical expertise in Ad Operations, focusing on programmatic advertising.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide constructive feedback to trainees.
Experience with The Trade Desk and Simpli.fi platforms.
