Operations Associate

Job Description:

Coins.ph is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Operations Associate to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational processes
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Implement innovative solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Provide support to senior management in various operational tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
