What responsibilities and objectives will you have? New Solutions & Services: Lead, boost, and speed up the testing and implementation of innovative new InPost solutions and products for the Iberian market. For this purpose, you will work transversally with other areas (Operations, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.) and peers at InPost in other markets (Poland, France, UK, Italy…) Go To Market Expertise: Convert deep market knowledge and understanding (size, evolution, competitors, strategies, new players, trends, drivers…) into innovative ideas and business plans for New Business Opportunities for InPost Iberia Sales Efficiency: Lead the support functions and take a key role in accelerating the transformation of the sales team towards a data-driven approach (dashboards) and sales efficiency (Customer Relationships Management) Play a key role in increasing InPost Brand Awareness across the e-commerce and logistics market and stakeholders
Well, what will the requirements be? 15 years in e-commerce, logistics & tech-related companies with tangible track records in go-to-market, business development, and marketing Active network of contacts in E-Commerce Top Decision Makers (C-Level), in Spain, Portugal, and in large European markets Tangible experience, in the Iberia region, in relationship selling roles where recognized as a Top Performer, driven by achieving a high level of customer satisfaction Degree (Business Administration or similar) Advanced user of MS Office Suite, CRM (HubSpot, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.), Data Management Tools (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.) and AI supports English mandatory, Portuguese and French a plus Strong (verbal & written) communication, negotiation, and presentation skills: Meetings, E-mails & Presentations Strong customer focus, results-oriented, and sense of urgency, with resilience working under pressure and tight deadlines Capacity to develop relationships and influence the decision-making process Ability to interact in dynamic environments and to enjoy achieving ambitious goals Ability to prioritize and organize your work in multi-tasking environments Ability to work autonomously but with cross-functional and peer teams (team player, self-starter, and detail-oriented)
