Production Supervisor

Graduate of any Engineering course,
At least 3 years of relevant experience with production section or MLCC process experience,
Knowledgeable in Microsoft functions such as Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Word,
With good communication, problem-solving, leadership, and supervisory skills.

Job Overview:
Communicates and allocates certified manpower on required and recovery machines on a daily basis,
Escalates, Investigates, and resolves non-conformities on the process of responsibility,
Monitors and improve current condition of material and machine efficiency in order to support cost down activities and contribute to achievement of target profit and loss,
Prepares, executes and monitors item transfer activities
