Production Supervisor (Food Processing)

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities:
- Plans & organizes the daily operations of Emulsion Line.
- Ensures proper implementation of work plans according to safety, cost, quality & quantity specifications.

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any of the following courses: BS in Food Technology, BS in Chemical Engineering or BS in Industrial Engineering, BS in Business Administration, or any related course
- With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company
- Willing to work on a double-shift operation
- Must be willing to work overtime and during the holidays
- Has strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and relationship management skills
