Production Planning Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning Control Manager in Cabuyao, Laguna from Monday to Friday. The Production Planning Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning, capacity planning, inventory control, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize production processes.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in production and material planning from the manufacturing industry preferably from FMCG, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or similar.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is an advantage.
Has experience in Production Schedules, Production Planning, Costing, and Capacity Planning skills
Analytical Skills
Inventory Control experience
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with production planning software
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles

Job Responsibilities:
Plan a detailed schedule for each assigned department to optimize available capacity and meet client finished goods requirements.
Supervises Order Processing Clerks for the timely release of orders based on the weekly production schedules.
Monitors and provides feedback to stakeholders, and analyzes company execution to the production schedule.
Analyzes resource requirements needed by production to accomplish the plan.
Checks the status (as to materials/picking) of MO/PO included in the weekly production schedule on the SAP system and reports discrepancies/delays to the supervisor on daily basis.
Follows up QC release of raw and packaging materials allocated by SAP based on MO/PO in schedule
