Minimum Requirements:At least 10 years of work experience as a production manager in a manufacturing industry.Must have experience working in the manufacturing of wires/optical fibers.Can speak and understand basic Mandarin.Familiar with ERP/MRP operations process, master the necessary abnormal problem analysis methods, such as 5Why, Seven basic tools of quality, SPC, 8D, etc.Familiar with quality management systems, production line operation and management, and understand the ISO9001, ISO14001, and other related standards.Willing to work onsite in Subic Bay Gateway Park, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, from Monday to Saturday, day shift.
