- Communicates and does follow through with each of the clients to complete projects.

- Build a relationship with each of client to foster new sales opportunities

- Takes care of book orders for customers

- coordinates with the designer in terms of design fulfillment
- Manages contracts to be signed after sales is made

- Initiates the process of production in a more organized manner from pre-production to post-production

- communicates to customers in a more appropriate and concise manner
