Production Manager (Cebu Plant)

· College degree in business administration or its equivalent.· Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5 years.· Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.· Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.· Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices.· Knowledge of human resource principles and practices.· Knowledge of project management principles and practices.· Physically and mentally fit preferably assertive, pro-active, open minded, with good communication skills and can work with less supervision. · Knowledge of quality systems and standards Experience in an ISO certified company.· Knowledgeable with Health, Sanitation, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
