Production Engineering Supervisor

Communicates and allocates certified manpower on required and recovery machines daily,
Escalates, investigates, and resolves nonconformities in the process of responsibility,
Monitors and improves the current condition of material and machine efficiency to support cost-down activities and contribute to the achievement of target profit and loss, Prepares, executes, and monitors item transfer activities.

Graduate of any Engineering course,
At least 3 years of relevant experience with production section or MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors) process experience,
Knowledgeable in Microsoft functions such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word,
With good communication, problem-solving, leadership, and supervisory skills.
