What you'll do: Develop production ready process for new product design meeting cost and quality targetImplement new product into production on time, on quality, on cost.Lead overall process development and implementation project for electronic component within cost, time, and quality target.Generate project reports and effectively communicate the expectation, progress, change management, and result to the project team and stakeholders in a timely manner.Evaluate & define process methods and tools for initial launch & production that meets safety standard and productivityAnalyze process steps using statistical methods to define optimum process parameters and capabilityDesign and develop fixtures and jigs required for proper manufacturing process.Establish and implement continuous process control & monitoring parameters, and train plant engineeringCollaborate with product design team, operation, and quality to develop components and assembly for manufacturability and automation.Lead production team on qualification runs and manage implementation into production including training.Coach & motivate project team, and influence members to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in one of the engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, ManufacturingMinimum 3 years of experience in Electronic component or Lithium Ion Battery manufacturing environmentMinimum 3 years of experience in magnetics manufacturing experience with good process development and fixture design experience.Experience in NPI or project management is a plusExperienced in DFSS or Lean manufacturingMust have strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAbility to interface & influence all levels of the organizationProficient in Microsoft OfficeMaster AutoCAD (or other Mechanical CAD software), Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).Operator management experience. Ability to interface & influence all organizational levels if neededExperience in NPI or project management is a plusAcumen for customer needs and wants.Eager to learn new technology and skills.Good teamwork and enthusiasm for the job.Excellent written and spoken English; good English communication skills are preferred.
