Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for a Product Specialist (Marketing) on behalf of a multinational medical device company with office based in Quezon City. The role will report to the NSM and GM and will be responsible to provide implementation and support for product and marketing management to the business' product line in the Philippines market.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with manager and team, support with the development of the strategic plan; including participation in the presentation of annual marketing plans that describe the goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics for the given fiscal year. Participate in developing the annual marketing and operating plans (AOP) for the Interventional and Vascular business. Develop, with Sales Management, tactical product rollout plan for the above region. Provide product and sales training and support to customer service, product sales representatives, and dealers within Philippines region. Administer and coordinate the marketing portion of new products, new applications, and product improvements programs; interfacing with physicians, country managers, sales staff, external dealers, and R&D. Inventory management with short, expired product as same as rationalize product Conduct market surveys, research and evaluation to confirm needs & trends in the market. Develop and rollout marketing campaigns, including sales promotions, brochures, advertising and public relations, education, and other types of marketing and sales support programs. Stay close to the market through regular and scheduled field visit and physician management by developing key relationships with opinions leaders in Philippines. Plan and coordinate KOL events and management in Philippines. Participate in and coordinate major congress in Philippines. Lead the team in coordinating with medical societies during annual congresses, mid-year conventions, society workshops, in-hospital product demonstrations, etc. Primary custodian of company's promotional materials such as videos, banners, brochures, training materials, etc. Regularly updates the calendar of activities with the team on a weekly or bi-monthly basis Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree At least 3-5 years relevant experience in field of marketing within the medical device sector; Experience with execution of marketing activities mandatory Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to diplomatically interact and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers Excellent customer ethics, good attention to detail and ability to complete timely progress reports according to requirements Team player with high initiative and focus on problem solving skills Must be open to travel and/or do field works as necessary
