JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Media Manager major duties and responsibilities are as follows:
?Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
?Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
?Submit collaterals to superior all for approval at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled date/time of posting
?At least 2 post a day to all online platforms like facebook, Instagram and tiktok
?Set specific objectives and report on Analytics
?Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, gif and news) and responsible in UGC with consent of owner.
?Content Management (including website) Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
?Collaborate and do execute protocols with other teams, like marketing, Accounting department, sales department, warehouse department, production department and customer service to ensure brand consistency
?Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews, make sure to address all costumer concern within the day or immediately
?Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
?Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout, Instagram and other related social media accounts
?Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
?Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
?Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices.
?Define most important social media KPIs
?Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
?Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
?Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
?Monitoring the company's brand on social media
?Responding to comments on each of our accounts
?Overseeing customer service provided via social media
?Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
?Adhere to rules and regulations
?Present to Senior Management (Running company social media advertising campaigns)
