Demonstrate an in-depth understanding and empathy for end-to-end customer experience.
Gain a deep understanding of our Client and Talent Lifecycles, identify, and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience.

Working closely with UX and Product Teams, facilitate the ideation and concepting of new digital products and enhancements.
Conduct ideation sessions with various stakeholders and convert ideas into customer deliverables, identifying and defining the commercial value.
Be a positive ambassador for the digital channel by engaging colleagues, showcasing progress, insights and upcoming plans.
Contribute to the overall vision of the Empower Teams Platform.
Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features.
Translate user requirements into a product vision that is aligned to the business objectives, and communicate it clearly to development teams.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize the backlog.
Ensure the digital product backlog and planned releases are aligned with the business roadmap and the digital roadmap.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features and products.
Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional issues.
Leveraging the ability to organize and motivate teams you bring together the interests of product, and customers to negotiate priorities, scope and schedule of digital features.
Review user stories and test cases, assist with testing activities to ensure a quality end to end customer experience.
Research, evaluate and assess qualitative and quantitative findings to understand our customers and business needs and make informed product decisions and identify exceptional UX.
Understand the market, the competition, and our users' pain points.
Coach and mentor development teams in best-practice product management methodologies to rapidly research, prototype, test and iterate new features.
Coordinate releases with customer support teams to ensure effective delivery to new and existing customers

**Requirements**:
Knows and clarifies what's expected, taking accountability to resolve problems and set high personal standards to deliver timely results in a changing environment.
Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous work environment.
Strong leader with provide track record of delivering outcomes

Structured and logical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving skills.
Able to break complex problems into simpler ones and prioritize them.
Experience developing strong relationships based on mutual trust and respect.
Team player with a solution-oriented approach and a natural passion for innovation and creativity

Background with HRIS / HCM Solution and Multitenant environments / BPO industry preferred.
5 years of experience as a Product Manager and managing high performing digital teams.
MA in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field.
In-depth knowledge of Lean Agile Scrum methodologies for product development

Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Familiar with JIRA, Confluence and Project Management tools.
Familiar with design tools.
Familiar with Service Orientated Architecture.
Knowledgeable of GCP Solution.
