**Job Description**:
- Prepares and submits BMC Food monthly sales forecast to Planning Dept.
- Participates in weekly planning and production meeting to ensure product availability.
- Formulates and implements marketing plan and strategies of BMC Food (pricing, launching, branding, promotion, campaigns, public relations, etc.)
to achieve sales target.
- Establishes BMC Food product features and benefits based on technical / product dossier and formulation to standardize product information provided to customers.
- Conceptualizes and develops marketing materials and promotional items.
- Assist in troubleshooting of product related complaint of customers.
- Synthesizes and analyzes market information and customer insights to support strategy / marketing campaign formulation and other market reach initiatives.
- Organizes and attends marketing activities and industry events to improve BMC company and brand awareness.
- Conduct BMC Food product training of sales team.
- Develops and maintains business relationship with Chefs, Flavorist and other Key Influencers in the academe and Food industry.
- Initiates new BMC product development based on market study.
- Represents the company in professional organizations, industry associations and trade events.
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
**Qualifications**:
- B.S.
Food Technology, Business Management major in Marketing & Pricing or business related courses
- With at least five (5) years of work experience in Sales & Marketing
- Marketing skills.
- Proactive, possess strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- With high level drive for achievement and accomplishment.
